What Our Parties Look Like

20 Minutes Before Your Party

  • Hosts arrive and access the private party room

  • Your Bloom + Grow Party Host is on site to help with setup

  • Guests begin check-in

  • Full private access to the play space

  • Children explore freely while caregivers relax and connect

  • No food or drinks in the play space during this hour

Hour Two: Party Room Celebration

Hour One: Private Open Play

  • Transition to your private party room

  • Cake, food, gifts, and celebration

  • Host assists with serving and flow of the party

After the Party

  • Guests depart

  • Host loads gifts and décor using our wagon

  • Garbage handled by Bloom + Grow staff

  • Hosts may remain 15 minutes after party ends

The Party Package

$575 + HST

Includes:

  • Up to 10 children + 20 adults

  • 2-hour private party

    • 1 hour of private open play

    • 1 hour in the party room

  • Full access to party room 20 minutes prior

  • Unlimited coffee & tea

  • 10 juice boxes + 10 mini bottles of water

  • Use of fridge & freezer

  • Dedicated Bloom + Grow Party Host

    Parents get to enjoy the celebration - not manage it!

  • Yes! Families are welcome to bring their own food and cake. We simply ask that all food be nut-aware, as Bloom + Grow is a nut-aware facility. A full refrigerator is available in the party room for your use.

  • Yes!
    You may add our Toddler Snack Bundle for $45, which includes an assortment of individually packaged snacks designed for little ones.

    We’re also partnering with Papa John’s Pizza and Greek Freak for easy catering options with special Bloom + Grow party pricing (pricing to be confirmed).

    Coffee, tea, juice boxes, and bottled water are included with every party, and additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

  • Bloom + Grow is a nut-aware facility, meaning nuts are not permitted in the space. While families are allowed to bring food, we cannot fully control every item brought in by guests.

    If a family is found to have brought a nut product, the product will need to be removed immediately and a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

  • For cleanliness and safety, outside shoes must be removed.

    • Children must wear grip socks or go barefoot

    • Adults must wear socks
      Grip socks are available for purchase if needed.

  • To keep the environment calm and safe:

    • Noise makers are not permitted

    • Glitter confetti is not permitted

    • Piñatas must be pull-string only (no hitting piñatas)

  • Party hosts may arrive 20 minutes before their booking time to decorate and prepare.
    After the party concludes, families may remain 15 minutes to gather belongings and exit comfortably.

  • Your Bloom + Grow Party Host will have the room ready for decorating when you arrive and will handle:

    • Guest check-in assistance

    • Garbage removal

    • Support during your party

    • Gift and décor transport using our wagon

    Families are responsible for removing all personal décor and gifts at the end of the party.

  • Cake and non-wall-affixed décor are always welcome.
    Any additional vendors (entertainers, photographers, specialty services) must be pre-approved by the owner of Bloom + Grow Play Space.

  • Every party includes:

    • Unlimited coffee & tea for adults

    • One juice box and one bottle of water per child
      Additional beverages are available for purchase.

  • Yes! You may add an additional 30 minutes of open play for $60, based on availability.

    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date

    • The remaining balance is due on arrival at your party

  • Parties can be booked up to 1 year in advance.

    • Deposits are non-refundable

    • If a party is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited

    • Deposits can be transferred to a new party date if rescheduled with proper notice

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least one week’s notice, based on availability.
    Deposits may be transferred once to a new date.
